An insurance adjuster arrives on site to inspect your home, assess the damage, and determine the amount of coverage your insurance policy will provide.

ACV Check Receipt
(2 – 3 weeks later)
The homeowner receives the Actual Cash Value (ACV) check, which represents the initial payment for the claim. If necessary, the homeowner sends the check to the mortgage company for endorsement.

Roof Selection & Payment
